Invited user not receiving invite email

I invited a new user and I they never received the invitation email.  I resent the request, delete the user and then re-invited and still no invitation email. Can you please take a look?  Thanks.

Hi @bbettke ,

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

You might want to ask user to check in there spam folder once. Hope the mail server is all working fine ? Go through the below thread which has all the steps that can be tried when you have issue with mail delivery.

Hi the first thing I did was have the person check their spam folder.  Is there a way to see if the email is being rejected?
