Intermittently various Confluence users in our org will get this error when accessing a page with an embedded Google sheet/doc/slides:
accounts.google.com refused to connect
There is a blank area where the google doc should be.
I have one google doc currently in that state & am using it to debug this problem for our users. I have followed the instructions on this support page and am unable to get the embedded google doc to show up. I have removed Google Drive for Confluence and re-authenticated multiple times with no success.
Note that we are using Atlasssian Access for our user authentication for Confluence, if that is useful information.
Thanks for any help - Lisa Fischer-Wade
Hi @Lisa FW
I found a similar post with a solution to your issue. Check this out: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Embedding-Google-Drive-document-in-Dashboard-does-not-work/qaq-p/1308570
Thanks
Thanks so much! Publishing and ensuring that the doc was shared properly did the trick.
