Include page status label in page properties report

Uta Samaga September 30, 2024

Hi together,

is there a way to include the page status of Confluence pages (described here *1) in a page properties report (*2)?

So far I have not succeeded. Could only include the manually added status labels from the page property table (*3).

Hope, you can help me.

Regards,

Uta

Hi @Uta Samaga ,

Unfortunately you can't do that within Confluence directly.

One possibility is to use Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud , and addon we make.  You can try it free for 30 days.

With that addon, you can add the page status to the Page Properties macro, and then include it in the Page Properties Report macro.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- , thank you very much for your quick reply. Even though it's a pity that it doesn't work natively ;)
