I created an org but am unable to delete it. The step says to remove any product associated first but the product doesn't have remove or delete option.

Yes i have cancelled all subscriptions as well. I just want to know how to remove a product from the organisation as i cant find the remove option

@Ayushi Sharma It looks like you are trying to remove a Free Cloud instance. This may be the issue.
This page (https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/reset-and-delete-all-data-from-your-cloud-site-691012037.html) indicates that it applies to Standard, Premium, and Enterprise sites. I cannot find any documentation specifically about a Free site, but I did find this recent post that might help you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-delete-the-whole-site/qaq-p/2792291
