How do I share a knowledge article to public facing user?

Hello Community
My team is busy creating knowledge articles within Confluence. Yet there is some documents that we would want our customers to access when sending a link to them.
Scenario, we have created release notes and would want customers to access those notes.
Could someone give me a guide or a link on how to achieve that. Thank you.

Welcome to Atlassian community.
You can create public links ans share with them. This will allow them to access the page. When you create a public link it will allow any one on the internet to access it. Below page has the steps to create public links.
