How can we migrate our Confluence instance/apges/documents over to our company's Sharepoint instance/site? WE would like to know what the best method would be to accomplish that. Thanks in advance.

The "best" method is to move off a place where documents go to die and import them into a place wherethy might actually get used
However, if you are going to insist on taking good content over to a place where it will be ignored, we can't help you. Some of us have the tech skills to do it, but no desire, so you will need to work it out for yourself.
Best I can do is suggest that you ask a Sharepoint forum how to downgrade your systems.
