How can I manage faqs through confluence?

Musa Efe Erten March 18, 2021

Hi everyone we have crowded analysis and technical team for our digital product.

We are using confluence for product requirements&analysis. But we want to documentate frequently asked questions which runs through our team.

For most of the time, this "small questions-anwers" are so repetiable, they consume our time. We want to build some knowledge base for it.

We had reviewed page templates like "trouble shooting" articles but we dont find them casual and easy to use as "stacklow"

Is there any capability in confluence which we can experience as stackflow-like feeling which you can find&reach easily to stack of questions and answers which they are subject to approval in the team.

Hi @Musa Efe Erten

We often use this behaviour for FAQs:

We use "Info Macro". In the description we add the question and in the text the answer.

If you want to collapse all this, you can use the Expand macro.

Hope this helps.

Regards, Dominic
