How To Create A Report Macro For A Bullet List

I like on the Task Items and Decisions Items work. And later on, I can use the Task Report or Decision Reports along with labels to show all the Items from the pages with the specified labels.

I'm creating a regular out bullet point list to list links to video recordings, for example:

Recordings:

with a label of "meeting-notes".

On another page, I want to use a macro to display all those links as well other links from any page with a "meeting-notes" label. I assume I would have to somehow designate those list items of a custom type like "recording" or something.

Any idea how to accomplish this?

Hi @Rich Le

Tasks and Decisions are special content objects that have more advanced capabilities, such as the reporting. This functionality is not supported for generic lists out of the box.

It might be worth looking through the marketplace to see if there is an app that might help aggregate content across different pages.

Cheers,
Jens
