Hello dear community,
I have just recently taken over administration of our Atlassian-products, hence my inexperienced question.
Just recently we verified our domain. Now I was in the process of clearing old/unused accounts. While deactivating, for 3 accounts I got the message that these accounts are the last owners/members of a space.
Now I already looked this up but I cannot SQL for the spaces as we use Confluence Cloud.
As the accounts had already been deactivated once, I also seem to be unable to log in as the respective users to check that way.
Is there any other way in which I could find all the spaces a user is owner/member of?
Thanks in advance and have a great day!
Hey @Ferdi D
Welcome to Atlassian Community.
On top of @Andrii Maliuta suggestion, you can generate a Space Report, which will include all your spaces and their creators (displaying Atlassian Account ID and Name), on a CSV format. You can generate a report by following the steps below:
You can access the space reports section directly using the URL below (just change your site name in the beggining):
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Luis Pellacani
Hey @Luis Pellacani
This was exactly what I was looking for!

Hello @Ferdi D ,
TO find the creators of the spaces you can use Advanced search and select type = SPACE and creator = {USER};
You can try to use Script Runner (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215215/scriptrunner-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) and use API to get the spaces and its owners/creators.
