Error connecting to server, Import JPG

Hi. Sorry, My English is bad.

I don't understand, I tried to import PNG or JPG in my space and i had success only in 1/10. I every times saw "Error connecting to server". 3 days!

Hi Anton,

5 possible answers:

  1. Your browser had a plugin or setting that is causing the problem.
  2. Your computer has trouble connecting to the internet.
  3. Your network has trouble connecting to the internet.
  4. Your ISP is not providing you with a stable internet connection.
  5. There is a problem with Confluence Cloud.

Try trouble shooting each problem.  If the problem continues, contact Atlassian Support.  They'll help you find the problem.
