Email Sending Error

My Jira Service Desk is not sending out emails on my windows server
This is the error I am getting when i send a test mail

An error has occurred with sending the test email:
com.atlassian.mail.MailException: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 550 Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

This message is being generated by your Windows Email Server. I would recommend getting in touch with your email server admin to resolve the message. However, I did find some information below that might help you get started in resolving it:
