Hello,
We use Confluence and Jira Service Desk.
We have this problem:
After we merged Jira Software and Jira Service Desk we had a problem with customer access to the knowledge base (space) in Confluence. We have integration Jira Service Desk and Confluence. If we provide anonymous read access then the client sees, but for security reasons we cannot do it (I mean that only a certain category of customer (organization) should have access to this space, and not anyone who entered the link).
We considered this option: we need to create a group of users (customers) for this space and give permission. In this case we are faces with the following point: is it possible to integrate a group of customers from Service Desk to Confluence, or will it be necessary to manually create each customer in Confluence?
Thanks for helping!
Hi Community! We're thrilled to share that Team Calendars for Confluence is now a built-in feature for Confluence Data Center releases 7.11 and beyond. A long time favorite, Team Cale...
