Confluence rest API failed with 401 error

Hi

We hosted confluence with our own server and in one of our app, we used confluence REST API to retrieve page content with basic authentication (aka username and password). The app has worked well for more than a year, but recently the API failed with 401 Unauthorised error. I hav tried different method:
- Using the API token instead
- Using email instead of username

But it always failed with 401 error. Please can you let me know how can I make the API work again.

The API endpoint: rest/api/content

error: Request failed with status code 401
