[Confluence] How can I export a Word document with comments on attachments ?

Hello everybody,

I would like to know how I can export a Word document from Confluence with comments on attachments ?

More precisely, to specify product requirements, I am currently working with Axure and its ability to export a Word document with a table of hot spots notes (see beneath). 

Is there a way in Confluence to attach files, add notes in them at specific locations, and export the whole document (serveral Confluence pages) in Word format with the notes like Axure does?

PS : I am working with Sketch to actually design screens.

If I understand you correctly, you just want to export a confluence page to word? 

You can prepare your confluence page and in view mode, click the three dots "..." at the right corner and click "Export to word". Here is the cloud documentation. This is working for just one page. 

If you want more pages, as you described, you have to export the pages to PDF or install an addon like Scroll Word Exporter.

Thanks for your answer but what I wish is to be able to export multiple pages with comments that are posted on attached pictures. Comments are not exported with the solutions you suggest.

Oh okay I see.

This is not possible. According to these Comminity Questions (Question 1 / Question 2), there is no easy way for confluence cloud.
