Hello, I have been using Confluence for creating documentation for a development project, and currently, my workspace is using the "New Editor". Would it be possible to switch my space to the "Legacy Editor"? Thank you!

Unfortunately, to my knowledge, this isn’t possible.

I believe this has to do with the backend code change as well.

Hi Jenna,

Welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible.

It is not simply a case of the "editor" changing. Atlassian is replacing the legacy XMHTL Confluence Storage Format with the new JSON-based Atlassian Document Format, which will be used across all its different products. You actually want Atlassian to provide better feature parity between the old and new.

Please let me know if you have more questions.

Kind regards,

Carlos
