The PowerPlantUML image that was previously displayed on the document page is no longer visible. I have tried using a secret window, but the same issue occurred. Is there anything the users can do while waiting for a resolution? I'm very troubled by this situation. Feel free to let me know if you need any adjustments!

@Okumura_Jumpei

Thank you for providing the screenshots and explanation. The issue seems related to missing or broken PowerPlantUML images in Confluence, which could be caused by:

  1. Broken Image Links: The image source (URL) might no longer be valid or accessible.
  2. Permissions Issue: The account accessing the page might lack permission to view or render the images.
  3. Configuration Issue: PowerPlantUML integration in Confluence might be misconfigured or encountering errors.
  4. Network/Cache Issue: The browser or network might be blocking the resources.

Troubleshooting Steps for Users:

  1. Verify Access Permissions:

    • Ensure the users have the appropriate permissions to view the PowerPlantUML macros or attachments.
  2. Check Image URLs:

    • Copy the image URL (as shown in the source code in your screenshot) and try opening it in a separate browser tab to confirm if it is accessible.
  3. Browser Cache/Incognito Mode:

    • Clear browser cache or try accessing the page in incognito/private mode. While you mentioned trying a secret window, ensure cookies or security settings are not blocking it.
  4. Test Another Network/Device:

    • Try accessing the page from a different network or device to rule out local network/firewall issues.
  5. Contact Confluence Admins:

    • Report the issue to your Confluence administrators. They can:
      • Check for errors in the Confluence logs.
      • Verify the PowerPlantUML plugin’s configuration and status.
      • Test the integration with a simple PlantUML diagram.
  6. Temporary Workaround:

    • While waiting for a resolution, users can:
      • Access a local PlantUML tool to render diagrams manually.
      • Export the Confluence page to PDF or Word format to check if the images render correctly.
