Hi! I'm not able to attach images/videos/files to pages. The button to insert any of these is not even appearing. Do you know how to fix this bug/issue? Thanks!

I don't see any current report of Confluence degradation on status.atlassian.com. I am not experiencing issues FWIW. If indeed the add image is missing and others on your instance are seeing the same please report to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ .

Hi @Jack Brickey this is the menu. When I click on + and select "add image" nothing happens, but my colleagues are able to add them. Dont know what happened. Thanks!

Hi @Daniel Mariano , could you please check another browser just to eliminate the possibility of a browser issue. Sometimes browsers or extensions can cause the issue. if the rest of your team is seeing it, then it is not a bug within the software for your specific instance.

Hi @Daniel Mariano , below is what I see which includes an image icon though there is an add image in the drop-down. Once selected I am prompted to upload. I would suggest reporting to Atlassian support via the link above. Though it is odd that it works for others.

Hi @Daniel Mariano , then either you are on a Free instance or you are not listed as a technical contact. If you are on standard then please contact your system admin and have them open the request.
