I'm trying to drag and drop images or use the insert function but nothing is working I'm unable to add images. Can someone help with this?

Are you getting any error or something ? If not reach out to atlassian as we are also using confluence cloud & not facing any such issue. May be its related to your instance, which only atlassian can answer or fix.

Is the Add image, video, or file button on the edit toolbar disabled?
If not, what happens when you select it? Are you able to select a file, but it's not inserted?
Are you trying to add the image within a panel or other macro? There are some macros that you can't insert an image in.

This is a plain page, I try to add an image through the insert feature but nothing happen when I select it.
@Camille Aassila The Insert button is for inserting a macro.
I was about to tell you that the Add image, video, or file button is between the link and mention buttons on the toolbar, but I see that it is not there in your screenshot.
I have no idea how that happened for you. If your Confluence Site or Space Admin can't help you out, I think you (or your admin) need to contact Atlassian Support.
