We are using Jira Service Desk with Confluence as a Knowledge Base.
Currently, when a page is offered on the customer portal, the user must log in again on confluence in order to access it.
Is there any way we can avoid this second log in?

this should be fixed in release 4.6.0 for Jira Service Desk, as reported here : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1551
