On a confluence page from 31 January 2020, some image "Failed to load"

How can I solved it ?

@Cecile Gibert it seems that this issue has happened to other members as well (Solved: Images Failing to Load (atlassian.com)) and they opened a Jira support ticket Atlassian Support). I suggest for you to do the same, since from all your answers point towards (perhaps) a possible bug.

I suggest either opening a new support ticket OR

  1. Clear cache and hard reload
  2. Right click on image and see where the image link points out
    1. Does the image load on new link or not?

From the above (1,2) you might get a few more info, which will be of great assistance to Atlassian support team.

  • How to you try to include this image on your confluence page?
    • It's an old document I don't remember how this image has been include.
  • What is the image extension?
    • .jpg
  • What is the image size?
    • Not mentionned
  • Does this happen only to you, or to other users as well?
    • other users as well and with another internet access
  • Did you try to visit the same confluence page from another browser?
    • Same with another browser
  • Did you try to clear the cache and hard reload the page?
    • No

  • How to you try to include this image on your confluence page?
  • What is the image extension?
  • What is the image size?
  • Does this happen only to you, or to other users as well?
  • Did you try to visit the same confluence page from another browser?
  • Did you try to clear the cache and hard reload the page?
