Hi folks!

We know it's been a while since we've posted in this group, and we've been working to reimagine our Company User Group program from the ground up. We're excited to announce its relaunch which includes:

• A new landing page that includes a downloadable all-in-one kit where you can find best practices, sample agendas, event checklists and more resources to help you get started with hosting internal events. If you haven't already, be sure to fill out the form to get your all-in-one kit sent straight to your inbox.
• A revival of this online group! We know the importance of sharing and learning from each other and to that end, we'll be posting weekly prompts in this group to help facilitate that. As always, we encourage you to share tips & tricks, best practices and pain points in this group to connect and learn from each other and us!

Company user groups are found in organizations around the world and exist to create stronger teams, improve product adoption, and deepen collaboration. I can think of many people who’ve given their time and effort to enable me in the workplace, just as you all have done by running company user groups at your organizations.

#introduction 

Hi All, I’m Soumen, currently leading Atlassian Community Kolkata, India & Singapore. I’m not a Jira Admin by profession but an avid Jira & Confluence user and Atlassian tools advocate to my customers! Had been involved in defining enterprise level workflows and best practices roll out for multiple global customers across APAC & North America regions.  

Coming to coordinating internal events, yes I have done many(still continuing) to educate my team, other vendors working as part if my team & customers on best practices around agile project management using Jira  with various market place addons and optimised usage of Confluence and many more in our Atlassian universe!
