Not seeing Challenges on Kudos dropdown

I have been a member of the Kudos program for a while now but over the last few months I don't see the challenges in the Kudos bar at the top of the screen...

Does anyone else have these problems?

@Mike Monk oh no! We need to get this fixed for you ASAP! What web browser are you using, and what device type (really the OS is important). If your browser supports incognito mode, does the Kudos modal show up under that mode? Any detail you can provide will help us help you!

@Mike Monk version 108 is over a year old. The latest is version 120. Have you tried updating the browser to see if this corrects the issue?
