Hobbies,

what was their last night/ recent dream

what's their favorite perfume

Who is their beloved movie actor

Favorite fruit

awkward moment

aspiration in Atlassian community etc etc

We mix it up, not same questionnaire for everyone, our HR team mixes it up and just spreads fun.
