Why bitbucket has removed the approval button for merged PRs?

Why bitbucket has removed the approval button for merged PRs, it was very helpful when multiple reviewers are reviewing PRs.

Sometime due to some urgency some reviewers merge the PR and since we can't approve PRs after merging it's really hard to keep track of them.

We want that feature back.
