I assume you need to manually fix my account, same as everyone else in that thread.

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was indeed inactive, so I went ahead and reactivated it. Please feel free to let me know if you are able to log in now.

I have the same issue, the error message is kinda counter-intuitive.
