I try to setup my Bitbucket server and the Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable from the server

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In case there were not incidents that day for Marketplace (please kindly check here) there might be some chance there is no direct connection from your Bitbucket server to the internet. This is where an outbound proxy comes into play. Please also check the following knowledge base entry.
