Not recieving the reset password link

Hi @Ana Retamal , my bitbucket creds is not working to clone the repo. I Have tried to reset the password . But I did not receive any email to get reset password link.

Hi @Shashank Hegde, thanks for reaching out!

We've checked our mail system and we could not find any issues regarding the reset password emails, were you able to receive them already and change the password?

If you did, were you able to go ahead with cloning the repository?

If not, could you let us know which issue are you experiencing at the moment so we can continue helping you?
