Bitbucket "We couldn't log you in"

I can't log in to Bitbucket (though I can log in to this Atlassian forum), and a quick Google showed me this post:

I'm creating a new question here, as recommended. Has my account been labelled inactive?

I've just reactivated your account, it was marked DORMANT as it had not been logged into since 2018.
