could not load instance as health check failed

I am getting the above mentioned error (health check failed) and I am not able to load my bamboo instance.

Also, the solution mentioned at

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bamboo-questions/Bamboo-bootstrap-failed-Your-Bamboo-instance-could-not-start/qaq-p/774670

didn't work for me and the issue still exists.

Hi Sidharth,

Could you please check what do you see in the logs? Maybe that will give us some hint on the issue.

The logs are located at:

  • <Bamboo-Home>/logs/*
  • <Bamboo-Install>/logs/*

Thanks,

Robhit
