Hi @Jianquan Zhang -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For a question like this, there are several things to check:

  • What is the purpose and structure of your automation rule?  Perhaps post an image of your complete rule to offer some context for the community to suggest ideas.
  • What do you see in the details of the rule's audit log?  If there rule has errors those may indicate what is happening.
  • From the rule list, what do you observe under the Performance Insights (available from the ... menu at the top-right of the view)?  It is possible your rule (or Jira site) has exceeded automation thresholds, and so the rule is being throttled for some reason.
  • Sometimes there are issues with the Atlassian Cloud rule processing, which you can check on the status page here: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/  That does not show any problems for the last several days.

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Jianquan Zhang

Are you able to include a screenshot of your rule. This may help us understand why your rule is running slow. Can you also provide some understanding behind your rule.

Dan
