Please tell me, what version of automation functionality is available for the server type? Or is this functionality only for the cloud?

@Виталий , which add-on automation app are you referring to? You can check the Marketplace for the app in question and check version there. For example Automation for Jira versions shows -  Version 7.4.0•Jira Server 7.7.0 - 8.21.1, Released: Oct 26th 2021

@Jack Brickey It meant that the functionality for creating rules for automating work with tasks (see Fig.). Now I have server-type jira 7.12.0. But it doesn't have this functionality.
