I have a recurring ticket created and need to automate it. Meaning whenever a new Sprint is created the recurring ticket should be added automatically or it should pop-up

You can indeed make a new automation with "When sprint created"
- > you make a new issue, fill in some data
- give in the sprint as a smart value with sprint.id
