I am using Jira-Cloud. I have a customfield-1 with a drop down having 4 options. I want to make a another customfield-2 mandatory while creating an issue if a one particular option is selected by a user in customfield-1.
For other three options selected in customfield-1 the customfield-2 should be optional.
How can this be achieved using Jira Automation or Scriptrunner.
I only managed to get around dynamic forms using plugins, in Devintini's Dynamic Forms for Jira. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210820/dynamic-forms-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview
This let's you set required fields depending on what has been selected, and is not to hard to set up.
Hi @Marius Skoglund thanks for your reply. But this plugin is available only for Server or Data Centre. I need help for Jira Cloud.
