How to create an custom checkbox field on epic "Is Project" that is editable by managers only ?

I have to create a checkbox in epic, if it says yes for "Is project"  that is editable by managers only , if it says No , it could be edited by everyone.

Does the checkbox need to be editable by the managers only? In that case I would try to create a transition where you show a screen with this checkbox on it. 

In the Conditions of this transition (in the workflow), you add a condition so it is only visible for users in a certain group, role ... (the managers):

What I need is, when we create an epic, on that pop-up there must be a check box, that can be edited by managers only.
