GitLab automation transitions triggers

Hello,

does anyone knowns if hat DEVops automations work....? I have checked 1000 URLs to find the answer. I am jira CLOUD and GitLab Cloud. Want to provide transition automation when

GITLAB -> Branch crated then

JIRA -> change the status

I am sucesfully intragrated between the systems. Jira does not return ANY error of auto JOB. NO logs. NOthing, just nothing happens

I presume the Jira issue key is mentioned in the code?

Can you see the evidence of the branching in the Jira issue in the development section?

I have a evidence in WEB links but regarding the DEVELOPMENT section I do not know what you mean. Under JIRA ticket there should some additional section?
