Change custom fields in european number format

Hello,

I have a question. I have a customfield with gross and net price. Currently there is an American notation with point as decimal separator and comma as thousands separator. Can I change this to European notation? (comma as decimal separator and point as thousands separator)

2nd question:
How can I insert currency in the custom field? e.g. 10,50€

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Leena

Hi Leena,

Jira does not have a currency field, you would need to find or write an app to provide one.

The numbering separators are determined by your language/region settings in your profile, they're not actually part of the number data.  To change the formatting, select a language/region that uses the format you want.
