Create JIRA issue using REST API and VBA

Hi, I am trying to create issues from spreadsheet and getting 404 error. Did anyone of able to create issues from spreadsheet using rest api? If possible can you please provide the code.

Did you get this sorted out? If not, would you be open to PowerShell instead of VBA?
