Hello,
My Program Manager for our company was looking over the application for Silver Solutions Partner. He did not fill out all of the information because he wasn't trying to submit the application. He said he didn't submit the application and saved it as a draft. However, he got an email saying the application was rejected a few weeks later and we could re-apply in 180 days so it somehow submitted. We are trying to reopen our application because this is not what should've been submitted nor did he think it was submitted to begin with. We've reached out to contactchannel@atlassian.com and also called the Support number 415-701-1110 and left a VM but we've heard back from no one. How can we get assistance? The company name is Southeastern Computer Consultants, Inc. (SCCI) and our branch is located in Virginia, USA. Our headquarters is in Maryland.
