I was invited a while ago to other products and while setting up my account, I was joined to those thinking it was the one I needed. How do I leave them when there is no admin contact

I don't think you can merge account but you can set different emails for different services, check this https://id.atlassian.com/profile/services.action
Otherwise, you should contact Atlassian for doing so.
