REST API for Atlassian Community

I was wondering if we have REST API enabled for community.atlassian.com

Use Case: Fetch all questions programatically based on reporter or the user who answered the question.

Is there a way to get only one community question using rest API or RSS feeds?

Thank You Sam. I hope there is some kind of programatic way of retrieving questions and answers from Atlassian Community. I am sure i did this for "Answers" once.

Closest thing at the moment is probably the RSS feeds:

Not sure if they can be used to get what you want just yet, but maybe someone knows a way.
