Am trying to get latest backup from our on demand instance but there some kind of limitatios. Can you please advise the way I can get it, to avoid waiting for 36h?
Raise the issue with OnDemand support, there's nothing we can do with your OnDemand installation.
I suspect there's a 36 hour wait to allow for the relevant staff to come online, see the issue, prioritise it and execute, so if you need it faster, you'll need to talk to them and arrange something.
