Unable to migrate Time to SLA Plugin via JCMA.

Hi,

our team is trying to migrate from server to Cloud. however, it is stuck with Time to SLA app. 

Our server installed Time to SLA version is 

Installed version: 10.13.4
Available version: 10.13.5
App key: plugin.tts
License details: 100-user commercial license, Standard, expires 19/Apr/23
License status: Valid
Wanna check if it is stuck due to version issue or license issue?
