Sub-Tasks duplicate issue in Structure

Lot of times when I create sub task in Structure, it creates duplicate.

For example, I'll add a sub task to a Task, I'll the complete the ticket, after completion I have two of the same (sub-task) ticket, and if I delete one, the other one gets deleted too.

Can someone help with this issue.

It is under the collection 'Atlassian Cloud Migration', does this problem is related to a migration?
