Hello,
With 2 or 3 different versions of Migration Assistant (last test with v1.8.1), I have the same problem: Migration Assistant doesn't display the number of apps.
On my on-premise Jira server, on the right side of the "Migrate to cloud" page, there's a "About your product" section. It lists correctly the number of groups/users/projects/issues,
but instead of the number of apps, I've only a spinning circle labelled "Updating..." with the mouse cursor over it.
Does anyone have an explanation?

If problem persist, please raise a support ticket for migration issues, they can restart or clear the cache at their end. We did face such challenges before.
I believe this usually indicates a communication (networking) problem with contacting the Marketplace.
Do you get any warnings or errors popping up when you visit Find new apps?
