Is it possible to import tickets into Jira Service Desk without generating emails during the import? I'm looking at a migration and don't want to spam users who are set as ticket creators with emails of all of their closed tickets being migrated.
Could you elaborate? Are you migrating from server to cloud or cloud to server? There are many ways to import issues such as CSV import, System restore from a backup file. During migration the second option is used to move from server to cloud or reverse.
If you are using restore feature, there is an option to disable outgoing emails in on the UI.
