Getting error while migrating Jira to cloud

Hi,

Am trying to migrate my jira server to cloud account (sandbox) , our jirs using version of 8.7 , first we did in stage it got succeed.

But while we start in production with help of Jira cloud migration assistant, its throwing the error like below.

"Error Communicating with server"and unable to choose the projects from drop down.

Could you help us on it.

It's likely you have an issue with your browser blocking the connection to your server, or a firewall issue between your browser and the server. Having the reverse proxy incorrectly configured can do that. There are some other likely networking issues as well that can cause this (e.g. add blocker or virus scanner in the browser.)

I recommend putting a ticket into Jira Server Support so they can analyse your environment and make some recommendations.
