Hi @kishore.vunna

Good day. Welcome to the Atlassian community and Cloud Migration group.

"Failed to read 4 attachment(s). Check the Confluence log file for more details."

  • This usually happens because:
    • The file has been deleted manually; OR
    • There was an error in removing the record of the attachment from Confluence.
  • Can you please go through the steps suggested in the following article to fix these missing/broken attachments?
  • Can you please retry the migration after applying the following database SQL?
DELETE FROM MIG_ATTACHMENT WHERE MEDIAID IS NULL
  • This is to remove the attachment records from CCMA so it will check on the attachments again on the next migration

Let us know how the re-migration attempt goes. If it still fails please create a case with us to investigate more on the issue. ( Please attach support.zip to the case)
