We are trying to import a file using the external system import function, but noticed with the recent parent field change, it keeps giving us an error message stating "doesn't have a valid Parent selection based on the Issue type hierarchy rules." Prior to the parent field updated, we did not experience any issues with importing a file. We haven't changed anything in our hierarchy structure.
Per Jira's new guidelines, we made sure to include the parent field in our import file instead of using the epic link.
Is anyone experiencing this same issue? How can we fix this? Is there something in the hierarchy structure we have to change with the recent parent field update?
