Prevent managed users from changing data or resync it on change

We've set up the AD user provisioning. The synchronization was successful. But we've discovered, that a managed user, logged in his own account can change some of his fields, provided by provisioner (Display Name, Job Title, Department and Organization) and they stay that way, unless some data are changed in Azure AD, than all fields are synced back. We've understood, why it happens. A provisioner on Atlassian has it's own data model, separate from actual user data model and changes go from provisioner to user when a change in provisioner is made, but not back. That's very unfortunate for us, because our company wishes to enforce this parameters to users without an ability to change them on their will.
So a question: is there a way to prevent users from editing those parameters in their accounts or to force sync the provisioner data with user data even if the provisioner data haven't changed?

Hi,

Something similar happened in my instance, a few users were able to edit or add their job titles, however, one user gave himself a different one, is there a way to edit to the correct job title?
