Where to raise request to replace premium support user for atlassian


We are having premium support for 3 users in our team but one person is recently resigned and replaced by other.

Where can we request to change the account?

Hi @JIRA Plus at Volvo Cars Corporation ,

I can see from your account details that you have 3 named contacts on your Premier Support license already. In order to switch out one of the contacts, you'll need to:

  1. Have one of the three existing license holders open a support case here
  2. Mention which of the three existing contacts should be removed
  3. Provide the following information for the person you would like to add:
    1. Full Name

    2. Email Address

    3. Phone Number

    4. Timezone

Our team should be able to then switch out the Premier Support contact.

Clicking the link a second time might pre-fill the dropdowns - if you're not already logged into the Support site, it might go through the login flow rather than pre-filling the form correctly. If they don't prefill even after clicking again, you'll want "Billing, payments, and pricing" and then "Other" in the dropdowns:
